Water Ripple

I have always enjoyed helping people navigate the difficult uncertainties that are a normal part of life. I believe that changes are necessary for a full and joyful life, but they can also be incredibly scary at times. Whether you are grieving the loss of what used to be or fearful of what is to come, I would love to help you find practical skills to face your journey head on.

As a therapist, I believe that everyone is entitled to their feelings, desires, and thoughts in the season that they are in. I believe that everyone should feel heard, seen, and worthy of love and acceptance. My goal in therapy is to provide you with someone you can trust to help you work through the complicated layers of what you are feeling.

There is no “one size fits all” approach to dealing with trauma or complicated emotions, but I would love to help you find ways that are unique to what YOU need to help you find your joy again. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working with families for over 4 years. I use an integrated approach of different therapies such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based therapy and Psychoeducation.  I have experience working with children/adolescents, family therapy, and marriage counseling to help resolve difficult issues within families. I have worked with individuals to counsel through anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I would love to help you find healing and give you the confidence to face whatever tomorrow may bring.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family. We love sports and traveling to new places and you can catch us watching football every Saturday in the Fall. I enjoy reading, nature, and spending time with friends.
