About Eagle Counseling Division
Who We Are
Who We Are
Eagle Consulting/Counseling Division was founded by our CEO, Dr. Larry Little, and formally known as The Enrichment Center. We have been making a difference in the lives of our clients and community since 1999. We serve through our values of excellence and growth striving for excellence in everything we do and how we do it. We help our clients achieve growth within themselves and in their relationships, while always looking for opportunities within Eagle to grow personally and professionally. Our counselors lead themselves with open minds and others with servant hearts in purpose to empower people through all walks of life. Our mission is to Make a LIFE Difference.
Our philosophy is to connect...to understand...to grow through relationships. We believe everyone has a story and everyone has a purpose. We want to hear your story through connecting and understanding you first. We also help our clients connect with their story and life around them while helping them understand themselves and others. We walk with people through times of struggle and through times of peace. We help them develop and invest in healthy relationships along the way. We believe in providing people with tools for lifelong learning.
Our services are tailored to each client's current needs, including but not limited to: premarital, marriage, divorce, blended families, parenting, grief, anxiety, depression, addiction/abuse, life transitions, post-traumatic stress, retirement, stress, career assessments, and more.
Our population includes all ages. We work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, parents, and families. We also network with area Organizations, Medical Doctors, and Psychiatrists to offer integrated care.
We offer tailored EAP Programs for businesses and organizations. We also partner with EAP providers such American Behavioral, BHS, New Directions, Magellan, and Beacon in area businesses and organizations. We accept most insurance plans as well.
We offer a psychoeducational class, "Children in Between," for parents going through a divorce. This class teaches parents how to not put the children in the middle of a divorce.
We offer a four to six week Marital Communication Group to help improve connection in relationships. We have counselors trained in Emotion Focused Therapy, Gottman Methods, and Prepare and Enrich Curriculums.
We offer our own personality profile assessment called Make A Difference (MAD). This assessment helps you better understand yourself and others while increasing your self awareness, learning how to communicate to people in your life more effectively, and empowering you in your relationships. Other assessments are also available.
We exist literally to make a real, authentic difference in people. We do what we do in order to speak hope and healing into the lives of others. Our purpose as a team is to use our God given talents to maximize the difference we can make in the relationships and lives we serve.
Today, Eagle Counseling employs 14 counselors, has seen over 100,000 sessions, and has had the privilege of speaking into the lives of over 10,000 clients in the last 20 years. We are grateful for the growth and success that we have seen, and remain dedicated to our mission of Making a LIFE Difference.
Our team consists of highly qualified counseling professionals dedicated and passionate about making a difference in the lives of people.
