Ephesians 2:10 says “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago." I believe that God took special care in creating us all with a purpose to carry out His will. I find my purpose as a therapist by creating a safe space for clients to be their authentic selves so they can heal and break-free from the bondage that has held them captive for so long. My hope is that clients feel seen and heard, and know they are worthy, valued, important, and cared for. I consider it an honor to walk alongside others and meet them where they are and provide support and encouragement when life leaves us feeling depleted.

I have experience working with all ages and people struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational difficulty. In addition, I am a Licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer of Sports Therapy in the state of Alabama and my knowledge of both medicine and psychology allow me a unique way of viewing, assessing, and treating clients by use of a bio-psychosocial approach to seeing the client as a whole. I have special training in Pre-marital Counseling, Narrative Therapy, Constructed Awareness Therapy, and EMDR trauma therapy.
