Counseling provides such a climate, where insight is gained about oneself and the world. When applied, this knowledge can lead to a more meaningful and rewarding way of life.

She enjoys playing guitar, writing, gardening, making homemade items, laughing with her family, giving back to her community, learning, and she strives to make the most of every moment. "This time, like all times, is a very good one, if we but know what to do with it." - Ralph Waldo Emerson
