I believe that even in the midst of life’s deepest struggles, there is space for hope, healing, and the rediscovery of meaning. Pain is real, but so is the capacity for growth and the quiet strength that can emerge from it. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I am currently a counseling intern pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling under the supervision of Del McElroy, LPC-S. I prioritize offering a safe and compassionate space where clients can be heard without judgment and supported as they navigate through life’s challenges. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and major life changes. It is an honor to accompany people through their most vulnerable moments as they discover clarity, resilience, meaning, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Outside of counseling, I care for my disabled dog, stay active through fitness, and spend time with my family. These are the moments that continually remind me of the value of connection, care, and presence.
